EuroBoost ("we", "us") operates www.euroboost.de. This page explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and German data protection law.
1. Data controller
The data controller responsible for your data is EuroBoost. Contact: hey@euroboost.de. For our full legal details, see the Imprint.
2. What data we collect
- Email address – when you sign up for launch notifications via our form.
- Usage data – if you accept cookies, we use analytics (e.g. page views) to improve the site. This may include IP-derived data. We use Vercel Web Analytics; no advertising tracking.
3. Legal basis and purpose
- Launch notifications: We process your email on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) to send you a one-time (or limited) notification when we launch and related product updates. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
- Analytics: If you click "Accept" in our cookie banner, we process analytics data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you click "Reject", we do not load analytics.
4. How long we keep data
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, or for as long as needed for launch notifications and legitimate product communication. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's terms; we do not retain it longer than necessary for improving the site.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access – get a copy of your personal data (Art. 15).
- Rectification – correct inaccurate data (Art. 16).
- Erasure – request deletion of your data (Art. 17).
- Restriction – limit processing in certain cases (Art. 18).
- Data portability – receive your data in a structured format (Art. 20).
- Object – object to processing (Art. 21).
- Withdraw consent – at any time, without affecting lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
- Complain – lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. in Germany: the competent Landesdatenschutzbehörde).
To exercise these rights, contact us at hey@euroboost.de.
6. Cookies and analytics
We do not use cookies for essential site operation. We use a cookie (or local storage) to remember your consent choice (Accept/Reject) for analytics. Only if you accept do we load Vercel Web Analytics. You can change your mind by clearing site data or contacting us.
7. Data sharing and transfers
We do not sell your data. We may use service providers (e.g. hosting, email, analytics) who process data on our behalf under contracts that ensure GDPR-compliant processing. If any provider is outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
10. Terms of use
By using our website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. We provide information and a sign-up form for launch notifications. We do not guarantee availability or accuracy of the site. We are not liable for any reliance on the content. These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
